Aaron Heizer started leather working around the year 2001 while serving in the Army. Wherever the Army sent him, you could always count on Aaron having tools and leather in his bag. He retired from that life in 2014 after being stationed in 9 locations and serving 2 combat tours in Iraq. Since his Army retirement, he has dedicated himself to teaching and sharing the love of leathercraft wherever he goes.  He works for Maker's Leather Supply in Waco, Texas designing projects and helping crafters to get to the next level with their own word.  Aaron teaches as often as he can at shows, and also holds classes in the Maker's Classroom there in Waco. His classes are geared to help anyone at any skill level, plus they are a lot of fun!  Aaron was honored to receive the Al Stohlman Award for achievement in leathercraft in 2025.  With the support of his wife, Janie Sue, they have traveled the country sharing leather knowledge and fun with everyone from Cub Scouts to Veterans groups!

Bianca Isabel is a German-born Leather Artist, living in the United States, with a lifelong passion and background in Arts. Her creative journey led her into the world of Leathercraft in 2020, where she quickly discovered a deep appreciation for the craft itself, the medium and it’s creative possibilities. In 2022, she found her true calling in Figure Carving — a technique that allows her to blend Fine Art with Craftsmanship. Since then, Bianca has devoted herself to exploring the artistic potential of leather, using detail, optical depth and dimension, to bring her vision to life. Her work reflects a deep passion and commitment to the craft combined with a refined artistic sensibility.
