Illume Events Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental double payment.
  • A technical error on our end preventing ticket delivery, and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Event cancellation by Illume Connect (not including venue changes, date adjustments, or speaker lineup changes).

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Schedule conflicts
  • Travel changes
  • Failure to attend
  • Dissatisfaction with event content
  • Changes of mind

Tickets may be transferable only if explicitly stated for the specific event.


Illume Magazine Refund Policy

Because digital and print content is delivered immediately or prepared in advance:

  • All subscription payments are final.
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, missed issues due to outdated mailing information, or dissatisfaction with content.
  • Duplicate payments or system errors will be refunded.

Learn With Illume has its own defined Terms and refund rules. Those terms apply to all course purchases.
