✅ Illume Events Refund Policy
All event ticket sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental double payment.
- A technical error on our end preventing ticket delivery, and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Event cancellation by Illume Connect (not including venue changes, date adjustments, or speaker lineup changes).
No refunds will be issued for:
- Schedule conflicts
- Travel changes
- Failure to attend
- Dissatisfaction with event content
- Changes of mind
Tickets may be transferable only if explicitly stated for the specific event.
✅ Illume Magazine Refund Policy
Because digital and print content is delivered immediately or prepared in advance:
- All subscription payments are final.
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, missed issues due to outdated mailing information, or dissatisfaction with content.
- Duplicate payments or system errors will be refunded.

Learn With Illume has its own defined Terms and refund rules. Those terms apply to all course purchases.
