Illume Magazine

A digital and/or print publication offering insights, stories, and industry features.

Learn With Illume

Online courses, tutorials, and educational content. (Use of this platform is also governed by its own Terms found on learnwithillume.com.)

By using any of these Services, you accept responsibility for complying with the Terms outlined below.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our websites, platforms, and content only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Services in a manner that disrupts their functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • Share or distribute content in violation of our Intellectual Property terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by or for Illume Connect—including design, text, images, videos, event materials, magazine issues, course content, branding elements, and downloadable resources—is the property of Illume Connect or its licensors.

  • Resell or commercially exploit any material without express written permission.
  • Record, duplicate, or livestream event content, speaker sessions, or behind-the-scenes audio/video.

Violations may result in legal action and/or termination of access.

4. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

Illume Events may involve travel, physical environments, or hands-on activities. By attending any in-person or virtual event you acknowledge and agree:

  • You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance.
  • Illume Connect is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damages occurring at or related to an event.
  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the event or violates community guidelines.

You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and personal safety.

5. Magazine Subscriptions & Digital Access

Illume Magazine may include digital issues, print issues, or subscription-based content. By purchasing or subscribing:

  • You agree not to share login access, PDFs, downloadable content, or subscriber-only assets.
  • Release schedules, issue counts, and publication frequency may vary.
  • Access continues only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to internet or technical limitations beyond our control.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

6.1 General Purchase Terms

All purchases—including event tickets, digital products, magazine subscriptions, and course access—must be made using valid payment methods. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges.

6.2 Refund Policy (All Illume Connect Divisions)

To maintain fairness and protect event, production, and staffing commitments, the following policies apply:

✅ Illume Events Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental double payment.
  • A technical error on our end preventing ticket delivery, and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Event cancellation by Illume Connect (not including venue changes, date adjustments, or speaker lineup changes).

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Schedule conflicts
  • Travel changes
  • Failure to attend
  • Dissatisfaction with event content
  • Changes of mind

Tickets may be transferable only if explicitly stated for the specific event.

✅ Illume Magazine Refund Policy

Because digital and print content is delivered immediately or prepared in advance:

  • All subscription payments are final.
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, missed issues due to outdated mailing information, or dissatisfaction with content.
  • Duplicate payments or system errors will be refunded.

✅ Learn With Illume Refund Policy

Learn With Illume has its own defined Terms and refund rules. Those terms apply to all course purchases.

7. Account Access & Security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You agree:

  • Not to share your account with others.
  • To notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • That we may suspend or terminate access for suspicious activity or misuse.

8. Technical Issues

We strive to maintain reliable platforms, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Illume Connect is not responsible for:

  • Internet outages
  • Browser/device incompatibilities
  • Third-party hosting interruptions
  • Data loss due to user error or external systems

9. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update pricing, features, event details, publication schedules, or these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
