Bucking rolls are great way to add comfort and style to your saddle. This project will take you step-by-step through the process of creating these components, giving you a deeper understanding of saddle construction.
Bucking rolls provide extra stability while riding, and in this course, you’ll not only learn how to pattern, cut, and assemble them, but also how to incorporate them into your saddle to make it both functional and visually appealing.
If you’re looking to enhance your saddle-making skills or want to learn a new technique to elevate your work, this course is for you!
About your instructor:
Trevor alexander has been devoted to leather work since he bought his first side of leather at the age of 16. His earlier projects were mainly headstalls, spur straps, and gun holsters. In 2015 he started his career as a saddle maker for Burns saddlery. Since then he has worked on hundreds of saddles and has trained many people in the art of leather. He strives for excellence with every saddle he makes and still has the same passion for leather work as he did when he was 16. Trevor spends any spare time he has with his family and friends or riding motorcycles.
