About the Instructor:

Skyler Duckworth is a foreman in the small leather goods and silver shop at Sunset Trails of Burns Saddlery. He is an accomplished team member in helping solve problems through innovative ideas and collaborative efforts that helps the team grow and adapt as the company evolves as a leader in business and in the preservation of our American heritage, legacy, and art forms through the crafting of heirloom quality products.

He has a lifetime working in upholstery as his mother's apprentice, in her shop and ran a professional upholstery shop of his own briefly. He also has a short but intensive history building saddles under award-winning builders at Burns Saddlery such as Matt Wanner and Trevor Alexander. He received formal training in the silver trade from legendary builder Jeremiah Watt, as well as the master engraver and silversmith of 50 years at sunset trails.
