About your Instructor: Sheryl Katzke has been working leather since 1997, developing deep expertise in both tooling and traditional leather braiding. She has studied under respected masters and is skilled in kangaroo and rawhide braids, including round braiding, ornamental braids, edge braiding, and decorative knot work.
Sheryl has taught leathercraft classes for nearly two decades, including workshops at the Rocky Mountain Leather Trade Show in Sheridan, Wyoming, and as an instructor with Elktracks Studio Creations. Her work has earned numerous awards, including top honors at the World Leather Debut and the International Federation of Leather Guilds Convention.
